If I could give them no stars, I would. The website they built was plagued with programming issues. Their "training" was inferior. I have worked with many other companies since 1992 to develop websites for the companies I represent and this is by far the worst experience I have had. To fix problems they keep asking for additional money. During the past year I have had 3 websites that I manage revised and reworked. My goal was to have the websites created and then maintained by my company staff. The other two were great experiences with quality outcomes. The third which I entrusted to WTI is a nightmare. The other two are easily revised and updated by my staff. The one from WTI is horrible. Because the other two are on a traditional WordPress platform we can also get aftermarket help that doesn't involve an "ongoing maintenance contract" that WTI wants because they are using a program that they probably developed themselves using an inferior platform. Be very careful doing business with this company.
