▪️ Added the Reports page.

This page displays all links in which changes have been seen in the last completed action. The user can filter the data, and revise the detailed description for each link.

The following changes are considered - anchor, title, page response code, indexing ability, link attribute, indexing.

 All changes are divided by color:

🟩 - new or added data, change for the better
🟨 - changed data, so pay attention
🟥 - deleted or missing data

▪️  Only the latest changes are displayed in the report, so as not to pay attention to unnecessary things.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁/ 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲

▪️ Added a checkbox on the "Additionally" popup. When the checkbox is activated and the action is confirmed, a notification about the completion of the action will be sent to the user's mail.
