I participated in the Hurry Up Huddle and am so glad I did. There were five business owners working together to understand how we can not only improve the profitability of our businesses, but to do so in a way that makes it more enticing to a potential buyer. Mark is an excellent facilitator. He made sure we stayed on track with the material, but allowed plenty of time for conversation and learning from each other. Coming into the Hurry-up Huddle program, I thought that my businesses was so valuable to others, that it would just make sense to buy into it. After completing the 8-week course, I not only had my eyes opened, but was looking through a new lens that has catapulted my business over 13-percent in value from just 8 weeks ago. This course helps you understand where your business stands in the eyes of others. It also brings new ideas to the table of how to grow your business without you being present. I was fortunate to take this course with other knowledgeable folks who supported me and gave great advice throughout. Mark Mraz really opens your mind to critical thought processing that is needed to grow your business beyond where you thought it could be. This afternoon I was able to join Mark's "Office Hours" session on Zoom with another Business Owner who is considering opening a new business.
