Evolve was tasked with designing and activating a 35K sq. foot retail space for Zumba’s annual Instructor Conventions in Orlando and Los Angeles.  Responsibilities included merchandising and selling over 120,000 items in 4 days, resulting in $2-$3M in annual revenue. This massive store requires upwards of 200 staff to operate it for one week each year in July.  The velocity of sales in the store is something rarely seen in a retail setting and the energy demonstrated by both staff and attendees is truly amazing to witness.

OnDeck sponsored a national activation program to recognize small businesses in 21 Minor League Baseball markets.  Evolve stepped in as the activation partner to bring the tour to life.  Over the course of the program, 90 small business owners had the opportunity to throw out the first pitch at a local game, bring 10 people to the event and experience an engagement booth where fans won prizes, captured keepsake photos, and learned about OnDeck’s Small Business Lending offerings.

Google Pay is a digital wallet platform and online payment system developed by Google to power in-app and tap-to-pay purchases on mobile devices, enabling users to make payments with Android phones, tablets or watches. 

Evolve Activation brought authentic peer-to-peer interactions to life, showcasing how Android Pay can benefit university students in their daily life. Navigating each universities' diverse student culture through partnerships with student clubs, sports leagues, and university departments was vital to the program's success. 

Additionally, We created a pop-up experience that visited 3 top UK universities, staffed by charismatic Brand Ambassadors that educated students about the benefits of Google Pay.  An impressive 42% conversion rate was achieved. Students were kept engaged through conversation and an opportunity to win prizes through a digital spin to win game.
