We are our own worst clients.

Seriously, have you seen my website sometimes? A broken link here. A missed social media day there. Pinterest? Pinterest who?

BUT, it's all for good reason.

And it's okay to let your own things fall a little short sometimes.

Now, am I saying to throw it to the wolves and never look at it again? NO! Never, ever would I tell you to ignore your business, otherwise yoiu loose your business.

But, it's not the end of the world if you are soo busy taking care of these things for your clients that you let a few things slide in your own end. Stop beating yourself up about it. Break down the steps to get it all back up and running smoothly. Re-evaluate your systems that originally had you on track, make the tweaks, and put that shit behind you.

Neurodivergent entrepreneurs have a tendency to let the things that are bothering us either completely block the executive function to get it done, or fester until it feels 100x bigger of a task than it was to begin with.

And that's why we are the worst of the worst of our own clients. We would NEVER let our clients feel that way.

So let's give a little more forgiveness to ourselves. Let's give ourselves the same kind of breakdown that we would give our clients. Go through our workflows that we use for clients on our own business.

Better yet, make a plan to outsource yourself. (Psst -- you are allowed to outsource what you are good at too if it frees up your mind and time!)
