H OW * W E * [ E G G ] R O L L Our team had an absolutely wonderful time at our N8 holiday party last evening! Big ol' shout out to Chef Andy and Acorn Pantry / Tesora Catering and Events for teaching us all some new tricks in the kitchen (and answering our 300 questions) - the egg rolls and fried rice were delicious! 10/10 recommend a cooking class for anyone looking for a fun team building activity. [After party at the local 'establishments' not pictured 🤣] --- Kassie and I are so grateful for everyone on this team. We don't deserve them - and sitting at a table with (almost) everyone last evening was an incredible reminder of how lucky we are.

H U M A N S * O F * N 8 Reintroducing our incredible content specialist Andrea (and her sweetheart of a pup, Remy)! Andrea holds down the fort when it comes to managing social media for our clients. This includes: literally everything. She does all the things. We could not do this business without her. Andrea used to be a middle school teacher, which totally explains how she can have so much patience in this high-stress job. --- 8 FAVORITES WITH ANDREA 🎬 Favorite movie: The Sound of Music 🍁 Favorite season: Season 2 of the Office 🧀 Favorite state: Wisconsin probably. I don't get out much. 🍕 Favorite pizza toppings: This sounds really basic, but it's just cheese. I have the palate of a middle schooler. 👕 Favorite piece of clothing you own: I would have to say, my Wild State Cider sweatshirt. It's stained and I've abused it, but I love it. I need another one because I spill on myself constantly. 🎙 Favorite podcast: The Office Ladies 🦖 Favorite dinosaur: I feel like if I say velociraptor it's too cliche. You know I'll go with velociraptor. I don't care. 📚 Favorite book: I think Harry Potter would be my ultimate favorite series...although I just read another one called The Guest List. Murder mystery, it's great. I'm in a book club. Andrea - we so appreciate you and all the incredible work you do supporting our clients!

C L I E N T * M E E T I N G S We LOVE client meetings – especially when we get to visit them in person! This is our not-so-secret way of making clients hang out with us (love y'all for that). These meetings are where ideas get pitched (albeit, not all of them are dingers but we still pitch them, nonetheless). This is where we set priorities, chat long- and short-term strategies and manage expectations as we dive into new projects. The goal of these meetings is for our clients to feel supported. Like they have a true team that they can rely on to make sure things are moving through the pike (or pipe if you refuse to say pike like me). Our goal is to serve as a true extension to your team because all we want in life is to see your business succeed and if we can play a small role in that, well then, that would be pretty neat. So that's what client meetings are all about and just why we love them so much. B O O G I T Y * B O O G I T Y * B O O G I T Y 🏁 Who would've thought something as simple as spending 10 minutes go-kart racing on a virtual track could change the trajectory of your Wednesday afternoon? One of our goals in 2023 is to find new ways to bring our mostly-remote team together. One suggestion was to gather in a virtual meeting space. While the go-kart races are one of our favorite features, there are also virtual meeting spaces with digital whiteboards, focus timers, creative brainstorming games and more. Not going to lie – we are super excited to see how everyone decorates their desks! While we know there are many more important tasks to work on (we promise your work is still being completed in a timely manner), we ARE dedicated to unifying our team, one go-kart race at a time.
