EUROUT is Europe’s leading LGBTQ+ conference for graduate students, MBAs, PhDs and alumni from top business schools. The brainchild of London Business School’s Out in Business club, the event brings together over 400 delegates from 20 schools and 50 companies.

This year’s 11th edition of LGBTQIAP+ conference had over 580 in-person and virtual attendees from 20 schools and 50 companies. Over 36 speakers shared insights on DEI and LGBTQ+ inclusion.

We were thrilled that Daniel Davis, Account Manager, was able to attend the EUROUT Conference, Europe's leading LGBTQ+ in business conference in person this last week in London. This year's theme was 'Intersections: Navigating our Identities in the workplace and beyond', where Dan was learning about and engaging in important DE&I topics including the importance of top-down leadership, the power of allyship, and transgender inclusion in the workplace.
