Many celebrities have their name on products in the #SpiritsIndustry. Ryan Reynolds has Aviation Gin, Bryan Cranston and Aaron paul founded Dos Hombres Mezcal, and Teremana Tequila was founded by Dwayne The Rock Johnson. I often like to imagine what some other celebrity spirits brands might look like. When the town of Hope, British Columbia recently celebrated the 40th anniversary of Sylvester Stallone's Rambo: First Blood, my creative wheels started turning. With apologies to the keepers of the Diageo and Johnnie Walker Marketing Code, I'm excited to present a mockup of the incredibly elite "Johnnie R."

It's a big bummer that Graystone Brewing found themselves behind the proverbial 8-ball with a big business that claims ownership of the word "Patagonia". Now a groovy #craftbrewery in #fredericton is forced to drop their use of the name of their flagship pale ale and IPA. It's a perfect opportunity for a well-thought (and thoroughly-researched) #rebranding exercise. Dear #brewers Engage an experienced #brand #designer and seek qualified #trademark counsel when you're cooking up a new #beer. It will save you loads of headaches, heartache, and money.
