Junior Graphic Designer Full Job Description Description: Morshed for Business Development Company It's an alliance that includes a group of independent experts and innovative companies that provide creative solutions in the field of (Public Relations "PR", Government Relations "GR", Mass Media and Public Policies). With more than seven productive years of experience in the Iraqi market, Privately-held businesses (Family Businesses) International and multinational companies, Key Governmental Agencies, SMEs, and NGOs. As a Junior Graphic Designer at Morshed, you will work in the Marketing department to design print and digital collateral for both marketing and sales. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your talent through different types of mediums, such as digital ads, digital and print magazine layouts, ebooks, webinar slides, logos, and more. The ideal candidate should have the ability to juggle a wide variety of projects across various industries and will assist in the development and design of various creative tasks, as assigned. This role works very closely with the Marketing Strategists and reports to the Senior Director of Marketing, but will also get a lot of exposure to other teams inside the company and the executive team. Responsibilities Include: Design and develop layouts for marketing and sales materials. Design digital ads according to specific parameters for Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and custom sizes for other media placements. Utilize current brand standards across industries and update standards as needed. Rebuild, edit and clean up platform screenshots. If it’s in your skillset, updating web pages based on current HTML templates Design other materials, as needed. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames Organized and detail-oriented High sense of urgency Open to constructive criticism and feedback Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides Has completed some coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
