Janna has over 15 years of experience in project management, resourcing and operations. After starting her advertising career in project management at Publicis, she joined Wieden+Kennedy where she spent almost a decade managing projects and optimizing processes. She recently joined Red & Co. as Operations Director. She is passionate about human connections and helping people work efficiently while creating impactful and meaningful work.

Clare spent 10 years leading global business for a number of brands at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, such as Instagram, P&G, Mondelēz, Netflix, Booking.com, Levi’s and Nike. She also led the global Heineken business, resulting in a Cannes Effectiveness Award for five years of revenue-driving brand building. She joined the Red & Co. team to expand the global team and since then has also successfully achieved her master’s in International Relations.

Denise’s diverse marketing experience includes account management roles at Wieden+Kennedy, brand marketing at Sony Electronics, launching an e-commerce start up and even running an Etsy shop with her mom. Her superpower is in the details, managing complex global campaigns in multiple languages for Nike, Nestlé, VAIO, Callaway Golf, Brand USA, Travel Oregon, EA Games, Petco, and Intuit.

Jordenn is a rockstar designer & illustrator representing Red & Co.'s Pacific Northwest crew. She's been with Red & Co. for five years and has left her mark on every single piece of work Red & Co. has done in that time, from Netflix and Feelm to adidas, Babyganics, Diageo & SVMOA. She has special interest in creating brand identities & systems and adds a joyful touch to everything she does. Jordenn also owns Red & Co.’s internal social channels & website.
